Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

We design our experiences to deliver immediate value. Many products provide instant access to premium intellectual property. To keep pricing fair for serious learners, our policy is clear and simple.

1) General rule

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless a specific product page or promotion clearly states a refund guarantee, or an exception below applies.

2) Digital courses, downloads, and replays

  • Access is granted immediately or shortly after purchase.
  • Because digital content can be consumed or downloaded at once, there are no refunds after access is delivered, unless a product page includes a specific guarantee and you meet its exact terms.
  • If a confirmed technical failure prevents access for more than seventy two hours, contact support within seven days of purchase with your order number. We will restore access or issue a store credit at our discretion.

3) Memberships and subscriptions

  • Billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancel future renewals any time before your next billing date in your account or by contacting support.
  • We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Access continues until the end of the paid term.

4) Webinars, coaching calls, and live events

  • Tickets and coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • If WSE cancels a live event, we will offer a rescheduled date, a comparable event, a credit, or a refund at our discretion.
  • If an event is postponed due to force majeure, such as government action, severe weather, or public health restrictions, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date or converted to credit.

5) Physical products

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos and your order number. When approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

6) Duplicate charges and disputes

  • If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact us within thirty days. After verification we will refund the duplicate.
  • Since we process payments through PCI DSS Level 1 providers, please contact us before initiating a chargeback to avoid delays and account restrictions. Paystack

8) Changes

We may update this Refund Policy. If a change materially affects your active subscription, we will notify you before the next billing cycle.
